Our Big Helper

Cory and Evan built me some strawberry raised garden beds and plowed us a garden!  I am so excited about planting a garden in the spring and having fresh strawberries and veggies all summer long!!  Evan was such a big helper…he was so serious about helping and did everything his Daddy did.  I was impressed that he knew how to use all the tools…I don’t even know how to use them!  :)

And to make things even better, Paw-Paw Jeff brought his tractor up and plowed our garden!  Evan was so excited about riding the tractor and helping Paw-Paw!  The smile on that little face was priceless!!

This garden work is some hard work…

Paw-Paw Jeff (and all the grand-kids) are the proud owners of 4 hens.  Ella was so excited when Izzy laid the first egg!!  I thought the kids would be scared of the chickens and the chickens scared of the kids but they’re not!  The chickens will let the kids pet them!!  :)

Mimi wanted me to take a picture of all 3 of her grandbabies.  Ella and Eli were glued to the movie and Evan wouldn’t keep his finger out of his nose!  I can’t help but to laugh!  Maybe one day they will all look and smile at the camera…lol!

The Big Mess…

  A boy and his tractors decided to “move dirt”…He moved a lot of dirt right onto my couch and ottoman!  He was so proud of himself for moving dirt for Mommy!

Be Mine

I had all these Pinterest Valentine ideas pinned but didn’t find the time to squeeze them all in.  So a couple days before Valentine’s Day parties at school and preschool, I found myself throwing together something quick.  So here’s what I came up with the day before…  I think they turned out pretty cute if I must say so myself :)  Happy Valentine’s Day from the Taylors!  Hope everyone has a day filled with lots of LOVE and HAPPINESS!!!!

 

I finally got all my Valentine’s Day decorations out and now it’s almost time for the next holiday!  I love, love, love this door hanger I bought on Etsy! :) 

Cindy Lou Who

In honor of Dr. Seuss’ birthday and the kick-off to book fair week at school, the students dressed as their favorite Dr. Seuss character.  Since we had to watch “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” a hundred times this past Christmas, I thought it was only appropriate that Ella dressed up as Cindy Lou Who.  With the help of Pinterest and a small Diet Coke bottle, here’s our own Little Cindy Lou Who…
